 The Burning Gold --indubitable ruins


Child labour, Girl Child, Malnutrition, Poverty, Illiteracy, Child Marriage, Child Trafficking, Gender Inequality -  Why all these curse only for children? ....BECAUSE  They can not speak, can not resist, can only be silent and deaf, can only tolerate torture........  To ensure that the benefit of the welfare scheme reaches every child, there should be proper institutionalisation of convergence of schemes i.e. health, nutrition and education ie learning. Law Commission Report No. 259 (2015) recommends amendment of Article 21A of the constitution and sec 24A of RTE. The age group of 3 to 6 years should also enjoy the same constitutional rights as the children between the age of 6 to 14 years. Well, one thing I want to say is that the rules and regulations have become very much and they are all effective but do not give the expected result. Why does this happen? Because such a  beneficiary can not take it by himself.  Here, social and moral responsibility is ours that I approach their right to them. In fact, this is a matter of feelings than the law. How do we feel in the context of children - it is important. For children, complete  arrangement is based on our feelings only. In this context, our filling can only revolutionize child's rights. We shall have to swear that we will not let the children's hearts cry. I myself take some such swear. I have been working on it for five months and hundreds have preserved such child's rights. This work touches my heart, so it is not reasonable to make a documentary. If I were to write such, then today would be a book. I have written a lot of articles earlier on the child before that. I understand that our burning gold which is being ruined, we must be able to make and transform them in  right shaped ornaments. Hope we will understand the need. With these hopes......
